Cubs Get Jason Kendall!!
The Cubs acquired catcher Jason Kendall from Oakland today. Oakland got catcher Rob Bowen and minor league pitcher Jerry Blevins. Kendall is a career .298 hitter. He is batting .226 this year with 22 RBI and 2 home runs.
