Mark, his Dad and I went 4 wheeling yesterday and these are some pics. The first one is a puddle Mark tried to go through and didn't make it. Mark asked his dad if he could make it and Marks dad said no and Mark took off and landed right in the middle with water up past his tires it was hilarious. Then the picture of the tracks was where i got stuck and then Mark was right behind me and I didn't know it and my tires threw mud all over him that was hilarious too. but then he did it too me and that wasn't funny.

I know you have heard this a million times but I'm finally gonna start working out again. I went to the cardiologist last Friday and found out i half to lose weight (Imagine That). My lipids and triglycerides (starches and sugars) were both extremely high the doc said, I also have hi blood pressure. So I asked the Cosmic Kid, AKA Chad Tener too make me a workout plan. I plan to start my new workout tomorrow, which what better time the Fat-Erv-O-Meter is at its highest ever. I have posted a picture i know its hard too look at but hopefully they will get better soon(Nobody reads this anyway). I Will post my next picture on April 1st so check back to see the results!!

It now has come out that Benoit strangled his wife, and smothered his son. He also placed a bible next to their bodies. His wife Nancy was killed on Friday, and his 7 year old son Daniel sometime Saturday. Benoit then killed himself by hanging himself from a pulley off a piece of exercise equipment, sometime in the next couple of hours after killing his son to a 1 day later. They also found steroids in his home. WWE called the police Monday after wrestlers received weird text messages from Benoit.

The cubs signed outfielder Cliff Floyd to a 3 million 1-year contract today, with an option 2008. Floyd has always wanted to play for the cubs.
